Creating Form Fields Automatically

Note: This feature uses Advanced Online Tools to automatically extract and process data from documents.

  1. Click the Open button located at the top left of the page.
  1. Select the document you want to work on.
  1. Navigate to the Forms tab and click on Create Forms.

4. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to begin the process. This will trigger the Advanced Online Tool to analyze the document and extract the relevant data automatically.

5. Click Cancel to stop the action.

6. Once the process is complete, interactive form fields such as text fields and check boxes will be added to your document.

Note: You can manually move, resize, or edit the automatically generated fields.
